When you book a demo, we collect your full name, phone number, and any optional details you provide (email, company name, website URL, uploaded documents, and context notes). We do not run analytics tracking, advertising pixels, or session replay on this website.

Your demo submission is used by our team to build a personalized ChatSheba demo for your business. Uploaded documents are used only to train the demo AI agent. We contact you using the phone number and (if provided) email you supplied.

Demo submissions are delivered by email to our operations team. Phone numbers are stored in a lightweight database to prevent duplicate registrations. Uploaded files are stored in private cloud storage and accessed only by our team.

We use Resend to deliver notification emails, Vercel to host the website, Vercel Blob for file storage, and Upstash Redis for the phone-uniqueness check. We do not share your information with any other third party.

We keep demo submission records for as long as the engagement is active. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove your phone record, uploaded files, and any stored notes within thirty days.
